Flip House Finshed--Please Send a Buyer!

Well the house is finally finished--over budget and over time deadline--but hey--it is one gorgeous house!! Now all of you just pray there is a buyer that wants it at full price at this time of year. I must say though--we are proud of the way it turned out. Here are some of the photos. I didn't get any of the downstairs. I didn't stage that as much as the upstairs. The downstairs has a huge family room, a big laundy room, a big bedroom, a bath with shower and a room under the stairs that is perfect for a "Grandkids Cave" as I call it.


Obviously the outside from the street. Check out the red door. It is really pretty.


Check out this kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and gorgeous slab granite countertops which you can probably see better in the next photo. Also leaded glass in corner unit. The little Chinese lady gave us "bery good dweal" on the glass because--well basically--because she liked to bargain as much as we did.

Looking into the dining room from kitchen. Check out boxed wainscoating.

Family bathroom.

Master Bedroom. The closet you are looking at is an extra one we put in because it only had one closet.

Master Bathroom. It has double sinks and also slab granite countertop. This bathroom didn't even have a shower when we bought the house. They had taken it out and left it that way for two years. You could see the outside from this bathroom. Lots of dry rot and lots and lots of work on Richard's part.
