Before we went to the house on Saturday though we had to get Becky Norcross moved out along with all of Kami's stuff.

The hardest job of all--laying travertine in the master bath. Thanks nate.

Richard is adding trim like this to all the windows etc. It's the 1920's style that is so popular now. It is going to be awesome when he has it all done.

Notice anything funny here? This is a dining room without dining room furniture. HMMM--how did that happen. Seems as though Nalani said something one time about "Mom can I have this dining room set when you get a new set?" In a weak moment I said, "Sure!" Funny thing--old set gone--new set?? There is none!!

Nate thinks Richard's new tile saw is all that and more. Luckily we have been able to get a few more tools during this process we won't have to buy next time.

HMMMM! Here is another empty room. Seems some time ago Kami asked for her bedroom set when she got married. Another weak moment. Funny thing--empty bedroom but Kami is still single. What's wrong with this picture???

Our new cabinets for the flip house. Aren't they cool.

how fun for you!! i can't wait to see the house once it's all done. someday we want to flip a house. so make all the mistakes for us so we can learn from them!
Oh my gosh---you have two empty rooms in your house!!!! I'm sure that makes you so sad to think that you're going to have to shop for more furniture. We sure love the table though!
Thank goodness for good helpers! Can't wait to see the flip house completed, especially since I saw it just after you started! I'm sure it will look "tasteful!!" with you two doing it.
Whatever Mom! You know you were begging me to take that bedroom set off your hands! I think it's really a bribe to get married so you don't have to worry about any of my bills anymore!!!
